1. Scope

These terms govern the sale of digital products and services on neurotrading-lab.com, including MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor licences, software tools, subscriptions and courses.

2. Products and licences

Unless stated otherwise, a software purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence limited to the term and accounts shown on the product page. Source code is supplied only when an offer expressly says so.

3. Prices, payment and delivery

Prices and currencies are displayed before checkout. Access, licence keys or downloads are provided after payment confirmation. Any applicable taxes or payment-provider fees are disclosed at checkout.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Rules for digital content depend on the customer's country of residence. Where permitted by law and after consent to immediate performance, cancellation rights may end once access or a licence is supplied. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected, including for a verified defect.

5. Risk and no advice

Trading involves a risk of capital loss. Past performance, simulations and backtests do not guarantee future results. Products are technical and educational tools, not investment advice or a promise of profit.

6. Prohibited use

Sharing, resale, decompilation or circumvention of the licence system is prohibited and may result in access suspension, without affecting the customer's statutory rights or Nexora Global Technologies LLC's legal remedies.
